The process for submitting a ticket on our new Service Portal is as smooth as our ales!
Going to the top right corner of your screen click the drop-down options by your profile picture and press "Submit a request" or click the link below.
You will then be presented with the How Can We Help? screen.
You can request credits, changes to your account, tells us about a faulty keg, empties, delivery notes, POS, and lots lots more!
And if that isn't cool enough, you can also track the status of your service requests within your portal by clicking on your profile and pressing "Requests" ... but don't worry, as long as you have left us an email address you will get a response from us there as well as your portal!
If you get stuck then contact us via Messenger which is in the bottom right of your screen, click this to chat with our team, and they will respond between the hours of 8am-6pm.
