Occasionally the wrong items are selected on an order, or picked by our warehouse team.
If you have handed the items back to the driver and noted this on the EPod device then no need to worry, we will arrange the corrections on your order as soon as the driver returns to the depot.
If you need replacement items ordering then please click Submit a request in the top right corner of your screen, by your profile picture.
You can then choose "Failures, Delays & Missing Items" and choose "Redelivery Of Missing Items"
Remember to give us as much detail as possible so we can offer you a swift resolution.
