I have been invoiced for items I didn’t receive

 

Firstly please accept our apologies, we try our hardest to ensure all corrections are raised before the invoice, but occasionally we miss something.

Please click Submit a request in the top right corner of your screen, by your profile picture.
You can then choose "Credit Requests" and choose the most relevant option.
Remember to give us as much detail as possible so we can offer you a swift resolution.
