Unfortunately, despite our best efforts and pinpoint planning unforeseen circumstances arise and we have to make the difficult decision to defer deliveries to another day.
These can include, but are not limited to, vehicle breakdowns, driver sickness, flooding, and snow.
We do not take the decisions lightly as we know they will affect your customers.
Our Customer Service Centre will provide you with a new date of delivery at the point you are informed of the deferral.
