How do I use the Help Centre

Submitting a ticket on our Help Centre is as easy as enjoying one of our ales!

To get started, simply click on 'Submit a Request' located at the top right of your screen, or use the link provided below. 

You will then see the How Can We Help? dropdown menu.

Here, you can request credits, make changes to your account, inquire about a faulty keg, report empties, request delivery notes, ask about POS (Point of Sale) and much more!

Additionally, you can track the status of your existing requests in your portal. Just click on your profile and select 'Requests'. But don't worry, if you've provided us with your email address, you'll receive responses both in your portal and via email.

If you encounter any difficulties, feel free to contact us using the Chat icon, located at the bottom right corner of your screen.

Our Online Support team is available to assist you from 8.00am - 6.00pm, Monday to Friday. If you do contact us outside of those hours, the team will pick up your request as soon as they open the following working day.
