I would like to change my delivery day and/or time window.

 

Sometimes circumstances change, and we will always try to help ensure your delivery arrives with you at a suitable time.
Our delivery vehicles are in certain areas on certain days so although we cannot guarantee a change we will always check to see if a change is possible!
It's really simple to request this;
Please click Submit a request, in the top right corner of your screen, then choose "Account Changes" and "Delivery Day Change Request" or "Time Window Change Request"
Remember to give us as much information as possible so we can get your details over to your local depot and get you a swift response.
