Thanks to our amazing new EPod system, your delivery note will be emailed to you just after your delivery has been made, it will also be available in your CMBC Cockpit App!
To download the Cockpit App onto your mobile click one of the 2 links below;
If you haven't had your delivery note after 24 hours, or if you need a historical delivery note and you cannot see it on your Cockpit App then please contact us using the Submit a request button in the top right-hand corner of your screen.
Choose "POS, PODs & Note Requests", then the option "Delivery Note Request"
Please remember to give us as much information as possible to enable us to solve your query quickly.

Do you want to update the email address to which your delivery note is sent? Follow the same process above, this time choosing "Account Changes", "Contact Details Update", and "Email For Delivery Note".
