Unfortunately, we do not accept any returns on unwanted items that have been delivered as we do not offer a sale or return service.
If it's the day of delivery please reach out to our Customer Service team using the Messenger icon in the bottom right corner of your screen, we will try our best to contact the driver and ask them not to deliver your order.
If the delivery does arrive please refuse the stock, ensuring all items are marked as refused on the driver's EPod device.
Please remember it is your responsibility to ensure the items are marked as refused before you sign the device.
