If you refused the items at the point of delivery then your invoice will be amended automatically.
If you would like to get the item redelivered then please let us know by clicking Submit a request in the top right-hand corner, pressing "Failures, Delays & Missing Items" then choosing "Redelivery Of Short Dated Items";

Remember to give us as much information as possible, just in case your POD hasn't been uploaded to the portal at the time of our receiving your request.
