Unfortunately, we do not accept any returns on unwanted items that have been delivered as we do not offer a sale or return service.
If it's the day of delivery and your delivery hasn’t been made yet please refuse the items you do not want, ensuring the items are marked as refused on the driver's EPod device.
If it's not your day of delivery then please reach out to us via our Messenger service which you will find bottom right of your screen and we will see if we can remove the items from the order.
