I would like to report damaged items

Please ensure that broken items are noted on the EPod device that the crew will have with them.
The driver must amend the POD accordingly before you sign, they will then take the damaged items back with them.

To submit a request to Customer Service to arrange a replacement please use the drop-down options top right, please press Submit a request, then choose "Day Of Delivery", here you will find the option "Redelivery Of Damaged Items"
Remember to give us as much information as possible, just in case the POD hasn't been uploaded to our system at the time of your ticket reaching us.
