Apologies that your collection hasn't taken place.
Let's get a ticket logged, so we can take the relevant steps.
To do this please press Submit A Request in the top right corner of your screen, or click here.
Please choose "Failures, Delays & Missing Items" then choose the following option; "Failed Collection Of Stock"
Fill in all of the information asked for, also providing the original returns number if you have it.
Then we will take it from there, re-entering the collection and confirming back when this will take place.
Please ensure that the items are visible to the drivers on the collection day.
