I am not going to be in to accept my delivery.

For some time, it has been customary for delivery crews to leave stock at certain customer premises without a signature. This has generally been with the agreement of the customer.

However, there have been some recent instances of stock being stolen from outside of customer premises. Consequently, it is now company policy not to leave stock without a signature from the customer at the point of delivery.

Whilst we appreciate that you will understand the reasons for this decision, we recognise that not all of our customers are able to be present when deliveries are made. Completion of the enclosed Leave on Premises (LOP) authorisation form will allow our delivery crew to leave your delivery without obtaining a signature.

We hope that this arrangement will be satisfactory for all concerned. However, if you are not willing to complete the LOP authorisation form, then we will be unable to leave stock, unless it is signed for.

Please send the form back to us using the Submit a Request button top right of your screen, or click here and choose "Account Changes" - "Leave On Premises Form", attach your form, submit, then just leave the rest to us!
