What happens on delivery day?

You will have an allocated 4-hour time window on your scheduled delivery day. Wherever possible the driver will contact you with an ETA. Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery during the allocated time window unless you have signed a leave on premises form.
Downloading our CMBC Cockpit App will provide you with delivery notifications on the day of your delivery.

Please make sure your empty Kegs are ready and stacked for collection, separate from any other suppliers' kegs, this will make this easier for the draymen to spot them and load them onto the vehicle.

If you have items that you have requested an uplift for please ensure these are visible to the drivers to ensure a swift collection.

Once the delivery has been offloaded, and you are happy with the delivery/uplift you must sign the Smartpod device which the crew will have with them. Please ensure you check all best before dates, sizes, and products before you sign, This confirms to us that all relevant checks have been done, you have received your delivery, and are happy with it. If there are any discrepancies the driver must amend the ePOD terminal accordingly before you sign.

You will then receive your electronic POD via email.
