To do this please "Submit A Request" in the top right corner, or Click Here
This will take you to the "Failures, Delays & Missing Items" form, where you can select "Missing Items" and fill in all the required information.
Please let us know if you require a credit, and if you also want the stock added back on for re-delivery, we will then contact you back to advise on the next steps.
Please keep in mind that we cannot guarantee redelivery right away, but we will always try our best.
